At the Pathway to Pleasure Collective, we don’t view sex as just a physical act or a series of positions, or trendy tips and techniques. We believe that sex is life, and it’s our sexual energy--our very life force-- which is the driving creative energy of all life.   

We believe that relationships are the sacred temples, a place for deep healing, growth, and personal and spiritual insight --when we understand how to use them this way.

It is our goal to help resolve the separation between sex and spirit, love and sex, sacred and divine--often generated by negative religious programming, sex negative messages from our family of origin and toxic social conditioning, so that we can heal the split between human and divine and build a bridge between the sexual and spiritual.

We are looking for “outside the box” licensed therapists, coaches, and holistic healing professionals who align with our values and mission and who are passionate about serving their community using their gifts with the support of our thriving and growing community and business.

Direct experience working with human sexuality, sex, intimacy and relationship issues in a clinical setting is a requirement.

Open Positions 

We are hiring outside the box creative minded and passionate licensed therapists and certified coaches to join our eclectic team and must be aligned with our company values and mission.

Each therapist or coach must have clinical experience working with issues related to intimacy, sexuality and relationships. Three years minimum experience is preferred.

We are looking for people who have a passion for their work with a track record for client results and ideally who have at least a rudimentary understanding of business and marketing and/or a willingness to learn our unique approach.

Personal Assistant/Office Manager

The Personal Assistant/Office Manager position is part time to start out- approximately 5-10 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to full time (25-35 hours per week) as the business needs grow.

This position works alongside the CEO, may be performed on site at the location or virtual depending on business needs, and may include but not be limited to, performing the following tasks:

• Create graphics for marketing materials including blogs, emails and social media. Experience with Canva is a plus, otherwise must be willing to learn.
• Create PowerPoint slides as needed for presentations.
• Write emails and blog posts.
• Make phone calls—book travel, etc-- on behalf of CEO.
• Run both personal and business related errands for CEO
• Light cleaning
• Source and curate teachers and educational content for monthly education outreach.
• Source and book teachers and workshops for our educational program.
• Answer phone calls and book consultations and appointments.
• Manage schedule changes etc.
• Assist with payroll processing as necessary.
• Respond to emails.
• Create systems and protocols.
• Manage client intake paperwork and manage the booking calendar.
• Assist with retail curating, purchasing, and sales.

The Ideal Candidate will have experience in the following:

• Creating systems, seeing the big picture, identifying the parts and synthesizing them into a whole.
• Understanding cash flow and basic business financials or be willing to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Personable and friendly with experience in superior customer service
• Be coachable and willing to receive and provide feedback.
• Creativity and critical thinking skills.
• A willingness and interest in growing with us as our business grows and expands.
• A desire to create and have input on your job and job description.
• Ability to be part of a team and to contribute to the overall culture.

This position pays $15 per hour. We are looking for someone who is OK with starting part time and interested in growing with us.

If hired you will be expected to work onsite as well as virtually according to the business needs.

Sexuality Specialist-Licensed Mental Health Professional - LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMSW

We are seeking a licensed mental health professionals with specialized expertise in the area of sexuality, intimacy and relationships. The ideal candidate will have substantial training, experience, and certifications in their chosen specialty area.  Some specializations that we are interesting in bringing on board to join our growing team include: infertility, polyamory and non-monogamy, LGBTQ, Kink and BDSM, and more. 

A combination of daytime and evening hours is ideal but there's flexibility on this. Weekend availability is a bonus but not required.

The community education associate is a qualified expert in a specific subject matter related to sexuality, intimacy, and relationships who is able to teach a workshop and classes in a specific area of expertise on a quarterly or as needed basis. We are accepting teachers both locally in Austin, TX and from around the world for our pilot online programs.
