Groups are not only a wonderful adjunct to individual therapy but they are also a cost effective stand alone option for those who may not be able to afford individual sessions.

I have a few different women's therapy groups to choose from ranging form topic specific to more general healing focused groups.  

Every group, regardless of topic, involves a holistic healing approach that aims to help you develop greater growth and awareness in your body, mind, spirit, and soul.
