Customized Containers of Support

I work with clients  inside of customized containers of support.

Each program has been uniquely crafted by me to provide you with the maximum and most efficient results through education, personalized support, counseling and coaching, and experiential skill building practices.

I have found that when there is a clear cut proven process, with a clear purpose designed to move you towards your identified outcomes, you have a greater chance of success.  

With a proven roadmap you're able to make changes more quickly by staying more focused while gaining the necessary support towards reaching your therapeutic goals. 

How Do I Do This?

Rather than spending valuable time in our session teaching my clients the same things over and over again and again, I’ve condensed the common themes into video modules, worksheets, and home practice activities that you do independently outside of our session time.

Our private session time can then be spent focusing on fine tuning your learning, while expanding the skills and concepts you learned from the video modules. 

We can use your private session time practice the skills of intimacy and relationships, and fine tune our therapeutic work to your unique situation and needs.

We can spend less time teaching the concepts and more time with the experiential practice or addressing therapeutic issues. 

This is how we can accomplish more in less time and with fewer sessions, all while saving you time and money!

So by working within these containers I can offer you the best use of my time and help you reach your goals more effectively. 

And yes, there are options to continue working with me beyond the initial engagement time.  These options will be discussed and explored as you complete your initial engagement with me.
